The main Tara mantra is the same for Buddhists and Hindus alike: o? tare tuttare ture svaha. It is pronounced by Tibetans and Buddhists who follow the Tibetan traditions as o? tare tu tare ture soha.
White Tara is the goddess of universal compassion who symbolizes virtuous and enlightened activity. The word 'Tara' is derived from the root 'tri' (to cross), for she helps living beings cross the Ocean of Existence and Suffering. Born from the tears of Avalokiteshvara, Tara's compassion for living beings is said to be even stronger than a mother's love for her children.
Tara (Sanskrit: , tara; Tib. , Drolma) or Arya Tara, also known as Jetsun Dolma (Tibetan language:rje btsun sgrol ma) in Tibetan Buddhism, is a female Bodhisattva in Mahayana Buddhism who appears as a female Buddha in Vajrayana Buddhism. She is known as the "mother of liberation", and represents the virtues of success in work and achievements. In Japan she is known as Tara Bosatsu , and little-known as Duoluó Púsà in Chinese Buddhism.
Tara is a tantric meditation deity whose practice is used by practitioners of the Tibetan branch of Vajrayana Buddhism to develop certain inner qualities and understand outer, inner and secret teachings about compassion and emptiness. Tara is actually the generic name for a set of Buddhas or bodhisattvas of similar aspect. These may more properly be understood as different aspects of the same quality, as bodhisattvas are often considered metaphors for Buddhist virtues.

Om purifies bliss and pride (realm of the gods); Ma purifies jealousy and need for entertainment (realm of the jealous gods); Ni purifies passion and desire (human realm); Pad purifies ignorance and prejudice (animal realm); Me purifies greed and possessiveness (realm of the hungry ghosts); Hum purifies aggression and hatred (hell realm).

On the meaning of: OM MANI PADME HUM The jewel is in the lotus or praise to the jewel in the lotus
by His Holiness Tenzin Gyatso The Fourteenth Dalai Lama of Tibet It is very good to recite the mantra OM MANI PADME HUM, but while you are doing it, you should be thinking on its meaning, for the meaning of the six syllables is great and vast. The first, OM, is composed of three pure letters, A, U, and M. These symbolize the practitioner's impure body, speech, and mind; they also symbolize the pure exalted body, speech and mind of a Buddha. Can impure body, speech and mind be transformed into pure body,speech and mind, or are they entirely separate? All Buddhas are cases of being who were like ourselves and then in dependence on the path became enlightened; Buddhism does not assert that there is anyone who from the beginning is free from faults and possesses all good qualities. The development of pure body, speech, and mind comes fromgradually leaving the impure states and their being transformed into the pure. How is this done? The path is indicated by the next four syllables. MANI, meaning jewel, symbolizes the factor of method- the altruistic intention to become enlightened, compassion, and love. Just as a jewel is capable of removing poverty, so the altruistic mind of enlightenment is capable of removing the poverty, or difficulties, of cyclic existence and of solitary peace. Similarly, just as a jewel fulfills the wishes of sentient beings, so the altruistic intention to become enlightened fulfills the wishes of sentient beings. The two syllables, PADME, meaning lotus, symbolize wisdom. Just as a lotus grows forth from mud but is not sullied by the faults of mud,so wisdom is capable of putting you in a situation of non- contradiction where as there would be contradiction if you did not have wisdom. There is wisdom realizing impermanence, wisdom realizing
that persons are empty of self-sufficient or substantial existence,
wisdom that realizes the emptiness of duality (that is to say, of
difference of entity between subject and object), and wisdom that
realizes the emptiness of inherent existence. Though there are may different types of wisdom, the main of all these is the wisdom
realizing emptiness. Purity must be achieved by an indivisible unity of method and
wisdom, symbolized by the final syllable, HUM, which indicates
indivisibility. According to the sutra system, this indivisibility of
method and wisdom refers to one consciousness in which there is a full form of both wisdom affected by method and method affected by wisdom. In the mantra, or tantra vehicle, it refers to one consciousness in which there is the full form of both wisdom and method as one undifferentiated entity. In terms of the seed syllables of the five conqueror Buddhas, HUM is the is the seed syllable of Akshobhya- the immovable, the unfluctuating, that which cannot be disturbed by anything. Thus the six syllables, OM MANI PADME HUM, mean that in dependence on the practice which is in indivisible union of method and wisdom, you can transform your impure body, speech and mind into the pure body, speech, and mind of a Buddha. It is said that you should not seek for Buddhahood outside of yourself; the substances for the achievement of Buddhahood are within. As Maitreya says in his SUBLIME CONTINUUM OF GREAT VEHICLE (UTTARA TANTRA) all beings naturally have
the Buddha nature in their own continuum. We have within us the seed of purity, the essence of a One Gone Thus (TATHAGATAGARBHA), that is to be transformed and full developed into Buddhahood.

POI AMAKUA

We had chanting together every Friday night at the Astral Physics Center in Honolulu Hawaii. A jazz musician -Kevin Christopher, a Honolulu Symphony Violist - Maxine Johnson, on guitar and a African musical instrument that you plucked with your fingers was - Rev. Cy Hedeman, 10 Ministers from the Church of Revelation, students of Astral Physics School and their friends put their voices together. The spiritual mystic chanting went on for over 2 hours and a little more.. We all came together with Tat and we all made this chanting session with Music and the people playing instruments that had never played together before that night. It was all spontaneously produced by the Grace of the Holy Spirit of God. We called it Poi Amakua because everyone could chant their favorite chant at the same time and play their instruments together just like the Poi was mashed together by the Hawaiians. Love, joy, bliss and a great uplifting was felt by all and we sent it out the all those people and you to be blessed by God with health, wealth and happiness. and the abundance of all good thing. It was played for people in hospitals, nursing home and sold to people were ever we went on tour as well as our centers in Canada, Bermuda and the good old USA.    Master Tat's Spiritual name Vishivas Tattenaiananda: An Ascending Master of Light, The One who answers questions of spiritual, mystic and religion nature and the One who gives the Gifts of God that is Liberated Bliss.Tat is a Suddha Guru in Shaivaism. The name Vishivas was given to Tat by Swami Muktianada in 1976. Vishivas means the true Shiva. Vi means true and shivas means Shiva as a first name.

   As taught by Swami Muktananda to be intoned as this Mantra. O note of C, blue, O note of D, indigo, O note of F, violet, O note of D, indigo, OM note of C, blue, Na note of C, blue, ma note of D, indigo, a note of C, blue, Shi note of F, violet, vi note of F, violet, i note of D, bindigo, i note of B, green, ah note of C blue. This is the musical notes and the color of the sound of the notes. 13 note are intoned. The OM NAMAH SHIVAYA mantra was passed by an Enlightened Being so it has power from being sung that way for thousands of years. Tat became a siddha guru in Shivanisum. The Siddhas re the spiriual powers. Before Swami Muktananda took Mahasamadhi in 1982 in March of that year while Tat was at Muktananda ashram, Swami Muktananda passed power to Master Tat in an ancient hand shake for 15 minutes in front of a crowd o thousands of devotees who had just did a 52 hour chanting around the clock.. Tat said Swami Muktananda held his hand an dwould not let go for the fifteen minutes and Tat felt energy going up his arm and into his head and heart. Thy talkd through an interpiter doing th time and Swami Muktananda blssed Tat for world service. As the hand shake was ending Tat read Swami Muktananda's aura and Swami Muktananda said Tat could really see God. Muktananda called Tat a Master, Saint and Holy Man for the last time. Muktananda had called Tat that over the years since 1976. It was then that Muktananda gave Tat the name Vishivas. Tat gave shaktipat from 1976 to his students and other on his tour.    OPEN HEART QUET MIND
   The Open Heart Quiet Mind was created on VHS in 1985 at a class called Gifts and powers. It has a few flaws which happened when it was being transferred in 2007.Tat channeled the music and the song as he has done with all his music and songs.
   Open Heart quiet Mind came from a Tibetan ritual called the Radiant Ah which is an eight hour long ritual starting with the sound ah for two hours while visualizing light building in your Heart. Then after the third hour the sound stops outside and is continued inside the mind in the fourth hour. The light is then in the fourth hour spent while still continuing the sound within by sending the light outwards in all directions to infinity, The fifth hour, while continuing the sound within is spent seeing that the light is gong to sentient beings that are in cosmos. The fifth hour the g sentient beings send the light to he Buddha. the sixth hour the Buddha sends the light back to the sentient beings who send the light back to those or who is sounding the ah. Those who was sounding the ah stop sounding the ah and accept in the eight hour the light into their hearts.    52 beats per minute for detachment from one's physical surroundings, as in contemplation or daydreaming. This beat creates a semiconscious state, as between sleeping and waking;. There is a color, light, sound and motion to keep your consciousness on the edge between the inner and outer worlds.    ONE MIND
   Tat channels a song about the 9 levels of the mind in the One Mind. Tat tells you, you are the master of the one mind and all its levels. Mind holds all things in form. You control by consecration, meditation and contemplation. The nadam in your head. The Hatha Yoga Pradipika declares that samadhi is achieved when the anahata nadam, the unstruck sound, can be heard.
