Twenty Five Year Vision and Mission
In 1974, 1975 and 1976 we were given a twenty five year 'Vision' from God on the Astral Physics School, the Church of Revelation and the City of Light respectively. It is the 25th year of The Masters Path. In the year 2000 it will be the 25th year of the Astral Physics School and we have taught thousands of students. The year 2001 will be the 25th year of the Church of Revelation and we have ordained one hundred and fifty one ministers who are now in nine countries.
The Astral Physics School and the Church of Revelation are non profit organizations and societies in the United States, Canada and Bermuda. We are now working on world expansion of our non profit organizations.

In 1974 God directed me to go on the Masters Path to study the spiritual, mystic, esoteric, hidden, secret and religious teachings of all times and people, which I did through detactment, dicipline, study, ritual and practice. I did this without a second thought in full dedication, sacrifice, purification and surrender to God and I have been on the spiritual mystic path daily ever since then. Starting on March 20th, 1974 through the present.
In 1975 God came to me again in a 'Divine Vision' and gave me the 'Mission' to found and establish the Astral Physics School.
In 1976 God come to me in the 'Holy Presence' and through Revelation, Exaltation and Bliss reveled the Oneness of All in All, omniscient, omnipotence and omnipresence, the Church of Revelation. One God, One Humanity, One Life.
In 1976 we were given a mission by the spiritual masters of light, whom we meet on the inner and outer planes of light to connect with 2000 centers of light by the year 2000. last year we did not have the 2000 light center connections, It was then that we come to the internet and we have over 2000 links in our City of Light, http://www.cityoflight.org.
During 1975 and 1976 God also showed us the City of Light in the future, in the southern part of the United States. The City of Light was to be built starting in the year 2000, though people would be there before that. This City of Light is to be built in an area of 25 square miles. There would be built a 40 stories high crystal pyramid 534 feet high, with 13 stories under ground and 755 feet at its base on 13 acres for the pyramid. There are nine 10 story geodesic domes surrounding the pyramid, at equal intervals.
In 1976 this complete project was at an estimated cost of around 40 billion dollars. The pyramid construction is over one hundred and fifty million dollar. Fifty million is for the creation and launching of the satellite, plus the procurement of the land, landscaping, building of roads, underground utilities, sun light refractor, plus a lot of other building and payment to the workers and volunteers in money and an exchange of housing and food.
There is a 50,000 seat auditorium, in the pyramid, which could be divided by moving wall to accommodate different size crowds. Also there were other rooms for teaching small classes, art and music rooms and marriage rooms. There is also a the Halls of Masters; spiritual, religious, creatives and arts, science, education and other fields of human expression.
The nine geodesic dome have nine different world projects:
- The World Food project, mapping out all the areas on the planet where food could be grown and how it can be rightly distributed to all humanity.
- The World eLibrary Project, to collect all the educational and religious written and spoken works of humanity and digitize them and a program to translate all books into all languages
- The World Energy project, mapping out the world energy deposits, including sunlight and where on earth and how on earth the light could be captured, studied and used.
- The World Health Project, to study and collect information and knowledge on all forms of physical, emotional, mental, psychic, creative and spiritual healing methods, from the beginning of time to the ever moving present and to make that knowledge available to all humanity:
- The University of Light and Space Science, to explore and investigate our survival in Light, as Light and Space and how we can use such knowledge.
- The University of Arts and Culture, to study the races of mankind for their creative arts and cultures and how they give to the whole of humanity.
- The University of Advanced Studies, a place where humanity's brightest minds and spirits could come and share the future of humanity.
- The World Data Processing Center, for the accumulation of all knowledge and wisdom of humanity translated into the languages of humanity.
- Also one of the geodesic domes are for the staff, with family condos, single rooms restaurant and recreation area.
This area took up 4.3 square miles and there were no automobiles in this area or things that made loud noises. There were walkways through gardens and under ground moving walkways, stores and elevators. Surrounding this area are twelve circular roads. The first road is around the 4.3 square mile area with the other eleven roads going outward from the center. There are also twelve spoke like roads from the center out to the twelfth circular road. All utilities are underground.
The building code is for one story for the first three circular roads from the center, three stories for the next three circular roads, seven stories for the next three circular roads from the center and no limit on the ten and eleven circular roads. Within the twelve circular roads there are residential, commercial buildings, trailer parks, hotels and motels for visitors. Outside of the twelfth circular road there is no set code.
The land is dedicated and given back to God and no longer owned by anyone. All those upon the twenty fire square miles of land will pay the 'City of Light' to lease the land to build and live there. All the peoples and religions of the world would be represented there working together for the betterment of all humanity, the planet earth and all the creatures of the planet earth.
There is also a satellite from space lazering a beam of light into the top of the pyramid. This light is channeled into converters for energy and also refracted into the rays of sun light for rooms where light that is refracted from the sun can be used for aura attuning and light ray healing. At the end of each spoke road is a power and energy storage station.
The building of this City of Light would take twenty -five years to complete and will have seven million people living and working there by the year 2017.
There would be 50 major people and groups involved in the planning, building managing and maintaining the City of Light with thousands of workers for the maintenance.
Tat has written many books and he has recorded over 3000 hours on audio tape and 300 hours on Video tape.
Now we in wisdom, truth and love, are moving into the next twenty -five year divine plan of God for the Astral Physics School and Church of Revelation. We say "we" because we are one with God, all Masters, Saints, Holy Beings, all spiritual, mystic, esoteric and religious lineages from the beginning of time and all God's people like us in vision and practice.
